This policy covers this company and product-information website, operated by Hangzhou Silvanex Cultural Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州森林里的画文化科技有限公司). The Silvanex app is in development. This website does not provide app accounts, AI generation, chat or purchases. The app will have its own applicable privacy disclosures before public release.
2. Information involved
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments you choose to send. Our support mailbox uses Zoho Mail. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives IP addresses and request information needed to deliver the website and operates a globally distributed network. Its infrastructure may process technical information for delivery and security. Our website code does not collect chat messages, photos or app account information.
3. Your language preference
The website saves only your selected language in your browser’s local storage. The current website code does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, contact forms or nonessential cookies. Images, fonts and the welcome audio sample are served as local website assets. You can remove the saved language preference through your browser’s site-data settings.
4. How we use support information
We use the information you send to respond to your question, resolve support issues and follow up on your request. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information. We do not use support messages as public testimonials or promotional material without permission.
