Your account and content / 账号与内容

The website stores content in your browser. When you sign in, it also synchronizes your chosen content, photos, audio and recordings privately to our Cloudflare D1 and R2 services. Accounts are identified by a verified email address. Session cookies are HTTP-only and expire after 30 days. The website and APP are separate. Private test mode without cloud configuration stores drafts locally only. Export a backup before clearing your browser. Sign out on shared devices.

网站将内容保存在浏览器中；登录后，相关文字、照片、音频与录音也会私密同步到 Cloudflare D1 和 R2。账号通过邮箱验证码确认，登录会话采用 HttpOnly Cookie，有效期 30 天。网站与 APP 独立。在未配置云端的私人测试模式下，草稿仅保存在本机。清理浏览器前请导出备份，公用设备使用后请退出登录。

AI processing / AI 处理

With your consent, selected text, relevant preferences and up to ten conversation rounds are sent to OpenAI. Photos are included in story requests only when you choose that option. Finishing a voice recording in chat sends it for transcription and then sends the transcribed message. Failed recordings remain available to retry or discard. English narration is generated by Deepgram with the fixed Alexis voice. Non-English text selected for voice is translated into English by OpenAI. Responses API requests use store:false; providers may retain technical or safety records under their own policies. Results may be cached privately for retry without duplicate generation.

Photos, music and publication / 图片、音乐与公开发布

Photo cropping and audio/music/video mixing take place in your browser. Account synchronization may upload the resulting private assets. Stories submitted to the website are stored for the team to review. Public publication requires the author's permission and an administrator's action. Published photos, stories and media can be viewed by everyone. A submission email link opens your mail software; it does not send email automatically. Future letters remain drafts.

照片裁剪和音视频配乐在浏览器处理；账号同步可能上传这些私人素材。网站投稿会交由团队审核，公开发布需要作者授权和管理员操作。公开后的图片、故事和音视频可供所有访客查看。邮箱链接只打开邮件软件，不会自动发信。给未来的信保留为草稿。

Hosting, login and payments / 托管、登录与付款

Cloudflare processes hosting and security information, including IP addresses. Verification emails are sent through Resend when configured; addresses and codes are used for sign-in. Paddle will process payments when subscriptions open. We do not receive full card numbers or security codes. We store subscription status and transaction references to manage access and prevent duplicate payment processing. Purchasing is currently disabled.

For access, correction, account deletion or publication withdrawal requests, contact support@silvanexapp.com using your account email. Unpublishing removes website access but cannot erase copies downloaded by other visitors.
