Subscriptions / 订阅
Listed prices are USD $4.99 every 7 days, $12.99 monthly, or $99.99 annually. Each plan renews automatically at the same price until canceled. Applicable taxes and the final total will be shown at checkout. Cancel before the next renewal using Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period, unless the payment is refunded or reversed.
价格为每 7 天 4.99 美元、每月 12.99 美元、每年 99.99 美元。订阅以相同价格自动续费，直到取消。适用税费和总额会在结账页显示。在下次续费前通过「管理订阅」取消，即可停止后续续费；已付款周期内继续享有权限，退款或付款撤销除外。
Purchasing status / 当前购买状态
Purchases are currently disabled. Member usage limits, payment setup and the final purchase conditions must be completed before paid subscriptions open. The website does not collect card details itself; checkout will be handled by Paddle when enabled.
目前暂不开放购买。会员额度、支付配置及最终购买条件完成后，才会开放订阅。网站不直接收集银行卡资料，启用后由 Paddle 的结账页面处理付款。

For a billing issue or a refund request, email support@silvanexapp.com with your account email and transaction reference. Do not send card numbers or security codes. The applicable purchase conditions will be provided before a purchase; this page does not establish a refund window or exclude statutory consumer rights.
